  This does not include an independent Email Pro service, email migration, external licences, unlimited support or work outside the agreed scope.

• Manual DNS record configuration for the specified domain.

  • A, CNAME, MX, TXT or other agreed records;
  • Basic post-change verification;
  • Guidance on normal DNS propagation timeframes.

  Changes require the holder's authorisation. Domain transfer, purchase, renewal, ongoing management and third-party service guarantees are not included.
